At Kinzir Air Duster (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to providing high-quality electric air dusters to our B2B clients, including distributors, wholesalers, and importers. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns and refunds are handled for products purchased from us.

1. Scope

This policy applies exclusively to B2B clients who purchase products directly from Kinzir Air Duster for resale or distribution purposes. It does not apply to end consumers or retail customers.

2. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: Items found defective due to manufacturing faults within the warranty period.
  • Damaged in Transit: Products damaged during shipment must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
  • Incorrect Products: Items that do not match the specifications or order details confirmed in the Purchase Agreement.

Note: Custom orders or products produced according to specific client requirements may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.

3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
  • Before returning any products, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Notify our customer service team within the specified time frame:
  • Defective Products: Within the warranty period.
  • Damaged in Transit or Incorrect Products: Within 7 days of receipt.
  1. Provide Details: Furnish the purchase order number, product details, and reason for return. Photographic evidence may be required for damaged or defective items.
  2. Obtain RMA Number: We will review your request and, if approved, provide an RMA number and return instructions.
  3. Ship the Product: Return the product to the address provided, ensuring it is securely packaged. The RMA number must be marked on the packaging.

5. Refund Policy

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: Upon receipt and verification of the returned items, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the products.
  • Damaged in Transit: We will coordinate with the shipping carrier to handle claims and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Shipping Costs:
  • We will bear the shipping costs for approved returns due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect products).
  • For all other returns, the client is responsible for shipping charges.

6. Warranty

Our products come with a standard warranty period specified in the Purchase Agreement or Sales Contract. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
  • Products that have been altered or modified without our authorization.
  • Normal wear and tear.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to replacing or refunding defective products in accordance with this policy. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

8. Governing Law

This Refund and Return Policy shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the People’s Republic of China without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
